The Best Drag Shows in Berlin
If you're looking for glamorous drag from 'RuPaul's Drag Race' on the nightlife stages in Berlin, you're in for a surprise: drag in Berlin is unexpected, off-beat, trashy, and crazy. The scene is as versatile as the art of drag - there is something that caters to every taste. We have put together a selection of drag shows that is as diverse as possible.
Circus der Travestie
The group, 'Travestie im Kiez', organises what is currently probably the biggest, most regular drag variety show in the city at the 'Theater im Keller', not far from Hermannplatz. You could say that 'Travestie im Kiez' is a drag version of the Friedrichstadtpalast, including the extravagant costumes and dance numbers. On stage there are classic drag acts and dancing, as well as live singing and comedy. It’s the full programme!

Dragoholic
The queer bar, 'Tipsy Bear', established itself as a hotspot in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg within a very short period of time and regularly invites people to various drag shows. In particular, the younger drag performers of Berlin's expat scene have found a home here. 'Tipsy Bear' gathers the 'Who's Who' of the new drag generation on stage at the weekly ‘Dragoholic’ show.

Mx. Kotti
Mx. Kotti is a big drag pageant show from the House of Presents - with Berlin's alternative drag star, Pansy - that takes place in the myth-enshrouded Kreuzberg club, 'SO36'. Once a year, the city's drag scene offspring compete. Because all forms of drag and genders are welcome, a wild, colourful and, above all, surprising evening is guaranteed!

Sheila Wolf's Vaudeville Variety
Sheila Wolf is one of the city's most dazzling promoters and she organises a series of variety shows that fuse different genres. At "Vaudeville Variety" at the "Wintergarten Varieté Theater", for example, she combines cabaret, burlesque, drag, comedy, acrobatics and boylesque on stage in one brilliant show. And with the "Hotel Gl'amouresque" she revives the golden age of cabaret together with showgirls - in the only permanently sold-out burlesque late night in the "Bar jeder Vernunft".
